Founded in the 1940s by Mr. Kalipada Saha, the KPS Group began its journey in the fertilizer industry in the Bengal province. The group has since grown into a diverse conglomerate, building a reputation for trust over more than eight decades.

KPS Agro Products was officially formed on June 19, 2020, with production beginning on April 17, 2023. The company serves major clients, including ITC, Britannia, Biskfarm, Sona, Jaya, Mio Amore. Apnar Mart, Super Market and Kaventar
The group is also preparing to launch its own brand, Kitchen King, which will produce small pouch-packaged goods. The brand was conceptualized in 2020 and registered in 2024.
